Cathy Tucker established CT & Associates in 1978, which focused on the Travel Incentive industry. The company contracted with Fortune 500 companies with the plan of solidifying each companies’ sales force by rewarding salesmen and women with travel incentives. These creative programs succeeded in that goal, as well as raising their client’s profits.
In 1990, the company evolved into CT promotions, adding marketing programs to include incentives and promotions, branding opportunities, logoed items, apparel, decorating and printing collateral. The company has never missed a deadline since its inception, which sets it apart from their competition.
With a dogged determination, CT promotions sought to find their best Dream Team of Creatives, for the benefit of all of their clients. They brand logos for company identity & advertising by imprinting company logos on a wide variety of merchandise. They offer stock to custom pieces on pens, wearables, awards, trade show items, grand opening giveaways, client gifts, employee recognition, health care items, technology products, etc.
Cathy is very involved in the Marin community and has been a member & Ambassador for both the Novato and San Rafael Chambers since 1994. She was twice named Ambassador of the Year for the SR Chamber as well as receiving their Customer Service of Excellence Award. The company has been presented with the Marin IJ Readers’ Choice Award for the Best Promotional Products Company in Marin, every year since its inception.
Born in New York, Cathy graduated from the State University of New York at Cortland with a BS degree. She is also a graduate of the Novato Leadership Institute, the San Rafael Citizen Police Academy and the DART program, from the San Rafael Fire Department. v>
